For more than 80 years, The Society of the Four Arts has been the cultural destination of Palm Beach, providing concerts, lectures, films, art exhibitions and more to the community. Through the support of our donors, members, and volunteers we are able to continue our mission of sharing the finest art and cultural programming with our community and are looking forward to continuing this tradition for many years to come.
One does not need to be a Four Arts member to enjoy all that The Four Arts has to offer – all our programs are open to the public, as are our libraries and gardens.
Should you wish to be a part of our mission, please take advantage of one or more of the following offerings.
You can make a tax-deductible contribution to The Society of the Four Arts, so that together we may advance a shared commitment to maintaining the richness of cultural life that is vital to our community.
Your planned donation or bequest can bring the gift of art and culture to future generations. Because intelligent planning can generate significant tax advantages, a planned gift can be an important feature of your financial and estate planning. Call (561) 655-7227 for more information.
The Four Arts Contemporaries’ mission is to educate, enlighten, and inspire with thought-provoking discussions on a wide range of topics, from the fields of science, contemporary culture, media, and the arts. Programming is geared toward younger supporters and parents aged 21 to 49. For more information or to join, email email@example.com or call (561) 805-8562.
Four Arts Membership
A tradition at the Four Arts, Memberships are open to everyone and the number is limited to match the number of seats in the auditorium. While the Society of the Four Arts is proud to be a community-serving cultural institution and all of our programs are open to the public, Four Arts Members receive advance purchase privileges as well as other unique benefits. As a result, there is a waitlist to join. A current member may pick up an application on your behalf and two members must sponsor your application. Members can pick up an application from the Rovensky Administration building Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The King Library is open for all to join. A yearly membership is $25 for Town of Palm Beach residents and $30 for all others. New members may join any time throughout the year. King Library members may borrow from our ever-expanding collection of books, DVDs, and audiobooks, plus access to thousands of downloadable e-books and audiobooks available online. While in the library, members have complimentary access to laptops.
The Children’s Library offers a variety of programs throughout the year. Children are invited to borrow books, use iPads, play games, build with blocks, use other learning manipulatives, and enjoy special event programs at no charge. Upon visiting the Children’s Library, you will have an opportunity to fill out a library card free of charge. This card allows you to check out materials from the Children’s Library and your information can be added to the Children’s Library mailing list for future newsletter mailings.
