2021-22 season

In a New Light Exhibit Tour
In a New Light: American Impressionism 1870–1940 ended its run at The Society of the Four Arts on April 16, 2022, but you can still enjoy this video tour. The exhibition was a sweeping survey of American Impressionism, presenting paintings, prints, and drawings from acclaimed artists such as George Innes, Childe Hassam, Thomas Moran, John Sloan, Ernest Lawson, Daniel Garber, and Guy Carleton Wiggins, among others.
A Beautiful Mess Exhibit Tour
This exhibition ended its run at The Society of the Four Arts on January 30, 2022, but you can still enjoy this video tour of A Beautiful Mess: Weavers and Knotters of the Vanguard, a vibrant contemporary textile exhibition organized by the Bedford Gallery at the Lesher Center for the Arts in Walnut Creek, CA. It features a diverse selection of fiber arts including wall-hangings, installations, and monumental pieces.
An Eye on Michelangelo and Bernini Exhibit Tour
This special exhibition developed by The Society of the Four Arts closed on January 30, 2022. Enjoy this video tour featuring 30 stunning black and white photographs by Aurelio Amendola, a prolific contemporary photographer from Italy.
Tours of Exhibitions and Gardens
The Four Arts offers scheduled tours of its art exhibitions and Philip Hulitar Sculpture Gardens. Group tours may be available and require a submission form. A self-guided Walking Tour of the Four Arts campus is also available at the entrances to the gardens.
