This Agreement may be changed or modified at any time. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you shall cease using the Services. If you do not cease using the Services, you will be conclusively deemed to have accepted the change.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your use of the Services at any time if, in our sole discretion, your use of the Services is in violation of this Agreement, or if we otherwise reasonably believe that your use of the Services could cause damage to the Services, the rights of other patrons, or any other reason, even if not expressly set forth in this Agreement. Our right to suspend and/or terminate your account does not limit our right or ability to seek any other remedy available to us through this Agreement or at law, including, without limitation seeking monetary damages and/or injunctive relief.

Data Security

You understand that the technical processing and operation of the Services may involve (i) transmissions over various networks, and (ii) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connection networks or devices.
