Bios: Ileana van der Linde is an Executive Director and a member of the J.P. Morgan Private Advisory leadership team, a cross-disciplinary group of over 100 global
specialists who collaborate to deliver innovative and forward-thinking strategies, working closely with Private Bank Advisors to help clients make well-informed decisions and achieve their goals. As Head of Cyber Advisory, Ileana educates clients and employees globally on how to better protect themselves, their families and their businesses from increasing cybersecurity threats. Ileana and her team develop timely cybersecurity educational materials on various topics to help address the needs of wealthy individuals, family offices, businesses and other centers of influence so that they are better prepared to deal with the reality of cyber threats. She works closely with her colleagues in cyber, fraud prevention and technology to understand the latest threats, and the solutions to mitigate them. Ileana came to J.P. Morgan with extensive experience in wealth management and technology, having worked on numerous cyber and technology initiatives that impacted high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients and their advisors. Throughout her career of 20+ years, Ileana has always sought to make technology solutions easier to understand for a lay person. Ileana previously worked at Morgan Stanley and Citigroup Private Bank. Prior to her career in financial services, Ileana worked at Hewlett-Packard in Europe. Ileana has a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and a master’s degree in Cybersecurity from Fordham University, a DoD Center of Excellence. Ileana is also on Tulane University’s Cyber Program Advisory Board, and is a member of its Women in Technology Mentoring Program.

Michelle Maratto is a Vice President and member of J.P. Morgan Private Advisory, a cross disciplinary group of over 100 global specialists who collaborate to deliver innovative and forward thinking strategies, working closely with Private Bank Advisors to help clients make well informed decisions and achieve their goals. Michelle is part of the Cyber Advisory team, which educates clients and employees globally on how to better protect themselves, their families and their businesses from increasing cybersecurity threats. Michelle develops timely cybersecurity educational materials on various topics to help address the needs of wealthy individuals, family offices, businesses and other centers of influence so that they are better prepared to deal with the reality of cyber threats. Michelle specializes in one on one engagements, addressing cybersecurity questions and concerns. Her goal is to provide personalized solutions and empower clients through education and tailored guidance. She works closely with her colleagues in cyber, fraud prevention, and technology to understand the latest threats, and solutions. Michelle has dedicated her career to financial services, gaining a profound understanding of the risks that cyber threats pose to individuals, family offices, and businesses. Michelle began her career in Technology Business Management at J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) before joining the Cyber Advisory team in 2019. Michelle is the AWM Women on the Move (WOTM) Communication Co Chair, which is a vibrant Business Resource Group that includes women from diverse backgrounds, levels, and experiences. AWM WOTM champions the firm’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through various impactful initiatives. Michelle joined J.P Morgan in 2015 and earned a B.S. in Marketing from Quinnipiac University.

Anne B. Sternlicht is a Managing Director and Banker in the Palm Beach office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. With over 35 years of experience in wealth management, Anne has the privilege of being a trusted advisor to families through multiple generations. She works closely with successful entrepreneurs, business owners, founders and their families to help guide her clients across thebreadth of their complex financial lives, including public and private investment strategies, credit, cash management and estate planning. Anne has spent her career advising on all matters related to wealth creation, preservation and legacy. Leading with advice, integrity and understanding, she has helped families with non financial spouses and/or children prepare to steward the family’s wealth in times of transition. Her hallmark is a “ Well Prepared Family ” which integrates investment, banking, philanthropy and trust planning. In 2016, Anne earned her Certification in Financial Education; she enjoys leading Women’s Investment Dinners, “Summer School” for a comprehensive, engaging financial education for individuals seeking to empower their investment knowledge. Recognized for her seasoned perspective on the needs of high net worth individuals, Anne has been invited to speak at private wealth and philanthropy forums, including those held at Boston College, Tiger21 and IVYFON. She has organized radio podcasts on Entrepreneurship and Wealth. Anne enjoys building community bringing together like minded professionals and families to share ideas and best practices around investments, philanthropy and creating meaningful impact. With a career that began at the Citicorp Institute For Global Finance in New York, Anne’s strength can be found in her experienced advice. Before joining J.P. Morgan, she was a Senior Wealth Strategist for 10 years with Northern Trust. Anne is a graduate of Brown University, where she earned a B.A. in History, with a minor in Art History. She holds the Certified Financial Educator designation (CFEd®) as well as FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses. Outside of the office, Anne is actively restoring an 1840 farm in Vermont to foster an environmentally, sustainable lifestyle. Anne is the Treasurer and a Board Member of “Mind, Movement and Music Foundation” in Jupiter, FL. She serves as an elected Board Member of the Hanley Foundation in West Palm Beach as well as a Board Member of the Palm Beach Opera . She is an active member of Palm Beach Tax Institute and Palm Beach Estate Planning Council. Anne has three grown children who are actively pursuing their own hopes and dreams.
