Professor Ivan Lansberg taught at Yale, is on the faculty of the Kellogg School of Management and is Co-Founder at Lansberg Gersick Advisors, advising complex family enterprises worldwide. A founder of the Family Firm Institute, he was the first editor of the Family Business Review. His contributions have significantly advanced the understanding of family business governance and succession.
