Dr. Jeffrey Morton will address global challenges that are rapidly changing. Not one of the topics is what it was a decade ago and each one’s future evolution will have enormous strategic implications for the United States and the international system. Morton is Professor of World Politics at Florida Atlantic University and a Fellow at the Foreign Policy Association. The author of three books and numerous journal articles, Morton has published on issues ranging from the legality of interventions and weapons of war to the United Nations, Israeli security and U.S. foreign policy. Morton was the 2019 FAU Distinguished Teacher of the Year.
