Advances in diagnostic tools have dramatically expanded in the past year, making available to patients several blood tests to help diagnose Alzheimer’s disease. C₂N is developing a platform that will enable global access to its next generation PrectivityAD2™ blood test and other precision medicine tools. These tests enable healthcare providers to give patients an early and accurate diagnosis.

Dr. Mark Monane is a geriatrician and senior medical advisor to C₂N who has spent over three decades working at the intersection of aging, evidence, and real-world decision-making. Trained in geriatric medicine and clinical effectiveness, he has led and advised across the full ecosystem that shapes care for older adults – clinical practice, outcomes research, payer policy, diagnostics innovation, and the investor community. He previously served as Chief Medical Officer at CardioDx and as Managing Director of biotech equity research at Needham & Company, and earlier held a senior medical policy role at Merck-Medco. Dr. Monane holds an MD (NYU), an MSHPM (Harvard), and an MBA (Columbia), and is a Fellow of the American Geriatrics Society and the American Heart Association.
