Policy Regarding Commercial and Group Photography on the Grounds of The Society of the Four Arts
All visitors whose intention is to visit The Society of the Four Arts, the Philip Hulitar Sculpture Garden or Four Arts Gardens for photography must first obtain permission.
Permits may be applied for in advance by calling (561) 655-7227.
If the photography session lasts less than 30 minutes, there will be no charge.
You must have a signed and approved permit with you while taking photographs on the grounds of The Society of the Four Arts, otherwise you will be asked to end your photography session and leave.
A mandatory $500 photography fee must be paid in advance for any of the following:
- Photographers who require greater than 30 minutes for their photography session.
- Photographers who require the use of special lighting, equipment or props.
NOTE: Photography for publication, catalogue use, promotion, advertising, or other commercial use is strictly forbidden unless prior arrangements have been made with the Marketing and Public Relations Department of the Society of the Four Arts.
